Workday access for all students starting April 10
Dear Firebirds,
We have good news to share on our journey to using Workday to replace MyCarthage.
Starting Monday, April 10, all students will be able to log into Workday through OneLogin. Check the “Carthage: Everything” tab in OneLogin for the Workday tile if you don’t spot it right away.
You’ll have a new Academics app on your Workday homepage, and clicking that app will take you to the Academics dashboard. You won’t need this dashboard yet, but this is where you will soon create your saved schedule and register for fall 2023 classes.
Next week, we will have folks across campus ready to help teach you how to create a saved schedule before your registration day comes.
Financial aid tasks in Workday
Additionally, if you’ve submitted your FAFSA, you may already have some financial aid tasks teed up for you in Workday. Workday financial aid is going to allow you to submit any needed follow-up paperwork the Department of Education requests directly in the Workday system. As you log into Workday, you might see these as “Action Items.” If you receive any “Action Items,” you can begin to complete them in Workday. We will provide more information in the first week of May on how to access your financial aid package and how to pay your fall tuition bill.
We hope you are as excited about the changes as we are! If you have any questions or want to explore, check out the Workday@Carthage website.
