WSGC Student Spotlight: Rebecca Alibio

Congratulations to this week’s #WSGCStudentSpotlight Rebecca Joyce Alibio! Rebecca is the recipient of an Elijah High-Altitude Balloon Research Scholarship and is currently a sophomore studying Mechanical Engineering at Milwaukee School of Engineering.

“Rejoice” is involved in a few organizations including Engineers Without Borders and InterVarsity. She is also in the MSOE Women’s Rowing Crew. Rejoice understands the value of servant leadership and is excited to use her education in real-life applications and projects that will have positive long-term impacts on other people’s lives. Along with a group of other MSOE Honors freshmen, she worked on a community service project that aimed to transform a vacant lot in Milwaukee into a safe shared space.
