Reach for the Stars is a National Rocket Competition designed for ages 10-18 years old.  First Nations Launch partners with Reach for the Stars in providing a unique outreach opportunity.  Students build and launch a model rocket, attempting to land on a select target approximately 50 feet from the launch pad.  Judges measure the distance from the landing site to the launch pad.  The rocket landing closest to the target will be entered into a national competition.  The top five winners are invited to a special celebration at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama.
