WSGC Student Spotlight: Bella Ness

Congratulations to this week’s #WSGCStudentSpotlight, Bella Nes Bella is the recipient of an Elijah High-Altitude Balloon Research Scholarship and is studying Geology at UW Oshkosh - Fox Cities.

Bella is in their third year at the University of Oshkosh - Fox Cities and is working toward an Associate’s degree. Over the years, there are many moments that Bella looks upon fondly and with great pride. One of these instances was in high school when Bella was able to graduate high school with high honors in the area of service. Bella received this honor for dedicating over 240 hours of time to volunteer in the community. Another moment of great pride for Bella was during their first year of college when they successfully navigated school, maintained a social life, and balanced three jobs. These instances showcase Bella’s strong work ethic, time management skills, and dedication to service. Bella will continue to use these skills in the future as they continue their education with excitement, passion, and determination.
