NASA careers discussion and watch party Oct. 23

Did you know we’re going back to the Moon? Or that technologies we rely on every day, from smoke detectors to baby formula, came from solving hard problems in space? Did you know that living human heart tissue and synthetic meat have recently been bio-printed in space? If you use a smartphone, have a credit card, care about climate change, use the internet, or just want to know the weather, your daily life is intimately connected to what happens in space. And you can help continue this legacy of exploration and discovery, here and now.

Join the NASA Wisconsin Space Grant Consortium as we host a live meetup with NASA young professionals and senior leadership to discuss careers at NASA and the Artemis missions to the Moon. Join us in the Straz Christman Pavilion Theater - that weird place underneath the planetarium - for a live, interactive discussion with NASA on Wednesday, Oct. 23 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Carthage is one of a handful of colleges and universities across the country that will engage directly with NASA in this conversation.
