Summer Internship Kick-Off Event

Select students who attend the Milwaukee Public Schools will participate in a summer-long internship exploring Aviation Careers.  The Wisconsin Department of Transportation - Bureau of Aeronautics will host a kick-off event Tuesday, June 23rd for approximately 35 student interns participating in the Aviation Careers and Education (A.C.E.) Summer Internships.  The public is invited to attend.  The program features Frederick Perry, former ACE Intern and current MPS teacher.  Please join both the students and the industry partners at Mitchell International Airport’s Milwaukee Room, located near Concourse E.  The receptions begins at 8:30 a.m. followed by an hour-long program at 9:00 a.m.
