All 2023 onboarding tasks due July 27
Students will complete their onboarding tasks (formally called check-in) for the fall 2023 semester in Workday. The onboarding process opens Thursday, June 1! All tasks must be completed online by Thursday, July 27.
Students will log into Workday and complete all of the onboarding tasks, which include:
- Student Accounts
- Financial Aid
- Meal Plans
- Emergency Contacts
- Medical Forms

- Finances Guide (New students)
- Finances Guide (Returning students)
- Onboarding Guide (New and returning students)
- Video: Onboarding (New and returning students)

Tuition payment schedule
- Thursday, July 27 — First payment due
- Thursday, Jan. 4 — Second payment due
Monthly payment plans are also available through Nelnet (starting June 1).
Parking permits
Student parking permits for the 2023-24 academic year may be obtained beginning at noon Thursday, June 1 via the Parking Permit Portal.
