
New course Musicking for Health and Wellness offered in spring 2024
There is still space available in MUS 1151 Musicking for Health and Wellness, which is offered in the second seven weeks of the spring 2024 semester.
This two-credit course is an introduction to recent research and practices pertaining to the health and wellness benefits of musicking, particularly as these benefits relate to physical, psychological, and social well-being. Learners will actively engage in music-making activities. No prior experience in music is required to be successful in this course.
