- Senior Graphic Designer
Kim King graduated from Carthage in December 2006 with a degree in graphic design. She returned to the College in October 2014 to join the Office of Communications as a full-time graphic designer. She joined the Creative Services team shortly after Carthage launched its new logo and brand. Having worked as both a marketer and designer at her previous job, Kim was excited to create impactful projects that embodied the new branding. Her current work focuses on Admissions materials that help create a cohesive brand experience for prospective students.
Before coming to Carthage, Kim worked at the Kenosha News as a Media Service Specialist for four years. She oversaw getting the paper to press, designed support graphics for the newsroom, created promotional materials, and edited the daily webcast video. During her last three years at the Kenosha News, she worked directly with the marketing manager as a marketing specialist, helping to maintain the paper’s brand identity for all products and creating promotional schedules.
Kim lives in Kenosha with her husband, Andrew, and daughter, Emma.
