Greece This course will help guide students’ understanding of health as a holistic approach to optimal living. Students will explore traditional Greek culture that research has indicated can lead to a longer life expectancy (Blue Zones-Ikaria, Greece). Ample opportunity will be given to eat a Mediterranean-style diet with an exploration of Greek foods and beverages (Health Benefits of Mediterranean Diet).

The tour will include major historical attractions, including the Acropolis and Delphi. Time for movement and reflection is included at Cave of the Lakes — Kastria Achaea and the Monasteries of Meteora.

Additional stops during our stay include visits to a winery and olive farm and an evening spent in a traditional Greek cooking class. Ample time will be provided for students to explore all Athens offers.

The cost of the study tour is $3,725 (all-inclusive).
